World Championship season continues in Spain

11.04.2018

The first European round of the season takes place this weekend in Spain at Aragon. Hannes' season has started with gathering experience in Australia, where he crashed, and Thailand, where he took 17th place, as he had never ridden on these tracks before. The 5,077 km long Aragon circuit with it's 17 turns is known to Hannes and last year he took 9th place there in WSS. This weekends main goal is to open the point score for Hannes.

"Aragon is the first track this season where I have been before. This makes the race a little bit easier but still there is a lot of work to be done to regain confidence and get back to speed. Luckily we have all the last years data so this should speed the process greatly. The feeling is great and I'm looking forward to Friday's free practices." - Hannes
